  • Productive morning!!!

    Workout done.
    Bathroom cleaned.
    Kitchen cleaned.
    Swept and mopped.
    At some point I had this breakfast.

    Ratatouille (Ilana's recipe) and eggs.

  • Post workout eats! 🍅????????????????????

    This massive veggie scramble made from three eggs and leftover veggies. Also a sweet potato that was a random addition to my Imperfect Foods box. It was huge and a cut it up in small fries and put it in my air fryer and it's been my FFC for breakfast and lunch that last few days. I am feeling so full and so satisfied and I am definitely drinking a gallon of water today because it is STEAMY in NYC! 😓🔥

  • How can my booty and legs feel numb but I can still feel them tingle and ache? ????

    I'm so happy that today's workout was only 27 minutes long because I could not do another second of it. Day two called for extra reinforcements like fire and determination and chutzpah! 😁💯💪❤

  • At the beginning of the week I declared that this would be a weight-loss week and that I would be down to 2 LBS by Saturday. I'm down 2.2 lb and it is Friday morning. Hell yeah!
