Non-scale victory of the week!

I found some active activities for my mom and me to do this week instead of just sitting around, eating and drinking. I tracked my drinks every day and managed to get two dry days.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I wasn't tracking my food (outside of my head) and wasn't measuring consistently, or weighing daily.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Just getting back on the horse again so nothing great to report yet. I did avoid alcohol last night even though my family was making me upset.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I need to learn how to stick to my plan even if everyone else is eating unhealthy food, drinking, or just eating things that aren't on my plan. I was also dreading getting back on the scale, but I did, it didn't kill me, and I remembered how good it felt to see the number go down bit by bit. Even though it's still in a range that makes me uncomfortable. I wish I had pushed myself to get on the scale earlier because I don't think I would have crept up as high again.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I have been resisting a lot of tempting things! I know that it will be even harder when we're no longer under quarantine but I'm glad I could get this practice time. I can see some of the appearance of fat on my body start to decrease, like on my back and my belly.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

More consistency on all fronts. I still haven't won the battle of exercising in the morning. I did better with water but still didn't hit the target every day.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I let myself rest all weekend because I was very sleep-deprived. A friend I haven't seen since March saw a difference right away and said I looked great! I have been successful in cutting out alcohol completely since 4/6.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I didn't meet my goals in any category. My diet was ok(?) but I didn't track. I am not keeping my commitment.

Get closer to any of my goals: follow my daily routine, exercise daily in the morning or earlier in the day, no fewer than 7 hours of sleep, track food daily, meet my water goal.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I was feeling REALLY snacky on Friday night and in the past, I would not have been able to resist the urge to go on a tear through my pantry. But I didn't want to lose my progress and I resisted! I let myself get some protein sushi rolls for dinner and the sodium content made the scale go up for a couple of days. But I was really proud of myself for not tearing through my husband's junk food or getting unhealthy takeout. Then I saw a friend I haven't seen in two months and she said I looked really good and could notice a difference in what I have been doing!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Still struggling to follow a daily routine and that meant few exercises this week. Also not getting quite to my water goal every day.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I can see my body starting to get in better shape and lose fat. I'm slowly gaining a little more confidence in my self-image. My clothes are getting looser :)

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Improvements can be made on almost all fronts, but I did pretty well with nutrition. I'm not sticking to my routine and I need to.

Non-scale victory of the week!

My clothes are fitting better, and I'm a little less embarrassed by my body (I haven't been concealing myself in the baggiest clothes possible as much).

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

This past week got shot to hell and I could have done better on all fronts. Particularly with water - working late and thus having time to exercise was not 100% under my control, but there was no reason I couldn't have met my water goal at least.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

My goal this week is to take better care of myself - I NEED so much sleep, and I need it to function at work. I need to exercise to feel my best. My goal is to make sure these are incorporated into my week, but not beat myself up if it doesn't happen (I won't force myself to exercise at midnight if that's when I have time). I also want to curb procrastination and work out earlier in the day!

Non-scale victory of the week!

My clothes feel more comfortable and I was able to resist many tempting foods. I stayed on my eating plan pretty well.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I'm still struggling to get in a regular daily routine to get my workout done in the morning, or at least not at a super late time at night. I didn't track consistently.

Non-scale victory of the week!

My jeans are getting looser and I don't feel bloated all the time.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

The routine part didn't go so well, but even with that issue, I still lost weight :) I need to focus on making my routine consistent so I'm not exercising at 10pm when I have less energy. The lack of sleep this week did affect my sharpness at work.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Feeling less bloated; on the days that I followed the plan closely I just felt very well. My skin appreciates the additional water :)

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

More consistency toward each of my goals above.
