  • Super excited! It has been a long while since I've won a diet bet! I'm glad I gave myself a few pounds of buffer room because I've been extra bloated. Not my lowest weight during the game but beat my goal by 0.6 pounds!

  • Plate full of veggies with some chicken as my final meal before weight-in! I did not have a good food weekend, which led to bloating, constipation and, therefore, weight gain. I'm already 90oz in today with water and have stuck to water first veggies most. Now time for dinner and done. He's hoping for a scale on the right side come morning!

  • Super excited about this! I have never seen a drop in weight this big in less than 4 weeks with any diet bet or program that I've tried yet. I think something finalky clicked. It's been over 2 years since I had my son, and I'm sick of gaining and losing the same 15 pounds over and over. Hopefully now I'm on my way my goal of about 145lb, which is where my body sits comfortably.

  • Working peeps! What are your easiest go-to portable breakfast and lunch ideas? I eat at my desk with no access to a microwave.

  • Lunch (when I wasn't working from home) was a bento box. Lot of veg, a small amount of carb and moderate protein arranged and packed nicely into a small box. Designed to be eaten at room temperature, and eating a nice looking lunch always helps

Cottage cheese and avocado, rice cake peanut butter, banana and berries, hard boiled eggs, avocado toast (bread) with tomatoes, mason jar cold over night soak oatmeal (google there are lots of recipes), quinoa with shredded coconut, nuts, almond milk, and berries mixed together. Hmmmm....you could also get a thermos to keep egg omelet muffins, warm oatmeal, or any other food you like. That is what i do for my kids on field trips.

  • Buffalo chicken pizza on cauliflower crust with part skim mozzarella cheese and a side salad. Great way to enjoy a favorite meal and be veggies most!

Christin - I bought it. Can't remember the brand (tan box) but it only has cauliflower and some cheese in it. The brand also makes an Italian seasoned and red pepper crust too. Other brands looked more like crust but also had rice flour.

I need some motivation, as of Friday I was 2 lbs from my goal. Then I enjoyed my weekend a little too much and started my period. I know it’s all reversible but those last two pounds have been so hard and now I’m a few past that. Ugh, not sure I’m gonna make it 😐

Same! Buckling down this week to be able to reach my goal. I’ve got to loose 6lbs this week. It’s so hard to stay on track. Upping our water and staying focused will get us there!

Try weighing yourself before and after sweating. Gauge water intake by the amount of weight you loose.

Watch the 2B video on plateaus! Are you truly tracking everything that goes in your mouth? Tracking everything and focusing on veggies most gets me past my plateaus!

Urgh has a weight Gain weekend. I know it’s because I didn’t exercise and I drank. I’m looking for tips. How do you all enjoy your weekend (where I can be lazy) but get in your workout and good choices in?!

Get in some exercize before your body is awake enough to realize what you're doing. Then because you exercized you'll be more motivated to eat and drink well. I did read some people swap their mixers from soda to seltzer water and lime and alternate water and booze?

I still get up early on Saturday and Sunday (before my husband and toddler) so that I can have some "me time" before the craziness starts. I've found that getting a workout in sets me up for a good nutrition day too becaise I don't want to "ruin" and awesome workout. I also do allow myself a treat on the weekend if I want. I had a small ice cream last night, and was the scale up today? Yes, it was, but I had an overall loss from Friday to Monday.
