Non-scale victory of the week!
I MEAL PREPPED FOR MY WORK DAYS. Like wow. I actually cut up veggies & fruits for my days out. it was a huge help & I am focusing on helping my mom make healthier choices too :)

Honestly, I had some chocolate but I feel like that is good. I am beyond happy with this week.
