Yes! Ive been wanting this too. Spiral bound would be so much easier to use!

I have six trackers that I left bound as they are originally designed and with my 7th, I finally took it to Staples and had them cut off the binding and spiral bind it. Game changer. I love it so much more!

  • ☀Life changer!!! I needed to share with all of you!!

    I wanted to start feeling my feelings and STOP emotionally eating. So…in my tracker I put a post-it on each day last week. On the top, I wrote ‘I feel..’ OMG!!! It worked!!! Everyday was a weight loss day and I shredded 5lbs in a week. I had a stressful week and would have eaten my all of my kids snacks. Instead, I opened up the tracker and wrote how I was feeling!! The urge was gone. I did not emotionally eat at all!!

Old mindset: Why are you hungry? it's not a meal time yet and you already ate. You need to wait to eat until it is time. You should not be hungry.

New mindset: Oh your're hungry let's drink some water and it's okay to eat a snack. Let's start with veggies, protein, and fruit or whole wheat bread.

Changing my mindset has been key to my weight loss this week and keeping me from binge eating at night.

I need support guys… it’s teacher appreciation week and apparently the way they think we need to be appreciated is by feeding us junk all week. I had 3 donuts yesterday and gained a pound this morning. Please post support in the comments. It’s been such a long year and I just want to emotionally eat and cry into donuts.

Still 0.6lbs above my goal but so proud of myself for losing weight over the weekend which I can’t remember the last time I did that! Weighing in tomorrow abs hopefully enough water to flush my body will get me there!
