I've been sticking to my goal of ending this year already IN my health and fitness zone. I will complete both 75Hard and 645 by Dec. 31st so this 2BM Diet bet came at the PERFECT TIME! Now my plan is STACKED

injured my toe the same week we started and I stuck to my nutrition plan. but modified my workouts!
