Anyone else have small kids?

I have a 3yo and a 3month old.

It’s so hard for me not to binge after they go to sleep. It’s like my freedom and I often loose control with all the late night snacking after a long day of momming.

Hi everyone! I did her last dietbet and lost 8 pounds. Put 2 of those back on though. If I lose all the weight this time, it will be my lowest in 3 years so I am really going to try hard. I am going on a business trip to Boston for a whole week so those usually throw me! I love clam chowder so I will have one bowl and savor it but then the other nights will be seafood! I also will struggle with alcohol that week!! Wish me luck!! Good luck everyone!!😍😍😍

you can do this!!! Maybe try to alternate drink with alcool and some without! I usually drink gin with sparkling water and it is delicious!

  • For breakfast : cottage cheese, berries and homemade sweet potato healthy cookies.
    I don’t count fruits as an ffc’s like ilana because i find myself don’t eat enough and then i crave more sugar! So i just ate them as fruits! 2 cups a day! Like a purple , iykyk 😊

1 cup apple sauce
2cup oats
1cup baby cereal
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1tsp baking powder
3tsp chia
1/2 cup peanut butter
1tsp cinamon
1/3 cup flax seed

15 minutes at 350

  • I lost the September Dietbet and indulged too much this weekend, so the weigh-in I just did was a wake up call to get back in gear! Meal prepped for the week and I’m so so grateful for this Dietbet so I can be healthier and happier…we can do this!!! I appreciate the support and understanding in this group and inspiration to be our healthiest selves! I love my friends and family, but they love to eat and drink all the silly things and just don’t understand!! Following 2b mindset to win!!

I cut all the non natural sugar , and stick to fruits, proteine and lots of water! Choosing my carbs wise to stay full longer ! Diner and done! You can do this!
