  • I’ve always been a night time exercise person, but it’s getting harder to stay consistent with that so I’m switching to mornings today was my first morning workout.
    I thought I’d hate it but I didn’t! I felt pretty good about it all day I think I’ll do it again tomorrow 👍

Any one doin portion fix here? And if so anyone heard the rule eat more lose more?. I’ve been in a cal. Deficit  for so long I’ve noticed I’m having so many more cheat days: so i realize i need to eat in maintenance but I’m so scared to eat all these container and not gain weight : i burn bout 2200/2300 cal a day and walk 17000 plus steps a day between my job and workouts and being a mom … help me know it will be ok! Or should i stay in a deficit for this 4 weeks???

I would say, if you are having morr cheat day it is because you are. Not fully satisfied! Maybe add a red for 2-3 days to see how you feel instead of a hole new plan!

We love poke in my family. Shredded carrots, shredded cucumbers or any pickled veggies (pickled onion, pickled ginger root). I also love mine with cauliflower rice as a base...i roast it in the oven to warm it up and dry it up so it's not soggy.
