Days 2-3: Forgot to post yesterday. Quick 30 minute DB and resistance band circuit. Had not done a full body one in awhile so very sore today. Today it was a 35 minute run/walk. Could've gone longer but got caught in the rain, lol Have a great day, everyone!!

Please complete 4-5 workouts this week for at least 30-45 min for the chance to win a $10 Amazon gift card! You can literally do any workout you would like: power walking, running, workout class, swimming, at home workout Youtube videos (my favorites are Fitness Blender). The point is to get your body moving for at least 4-5 days this week. Once you finish a workout please post it here in this thread, the DietBet wall, or in our free Facebook accountability group. You can post a sweaty selfie, a screen shot of your fitness tracker, or a simple “I did ___ today”. Any of those work fine for me! I’ll go ahead and post the winners Monday morning 6/22.   • I decided my goal for this diet bet is to increase my activity because I think my laziness is what stopped me meeting the target for the last one - week 1 I’m starting by parking the car 15 minutes away from work - lets hope it doesn’t rain this week!!

Recently it's been yoga! I mostly hate cardio so go to usually involves some type of strength exercise very high heartrate :sweat_smile: I've tried running a couple times a week, but my knees always hate me for a day or two after :expressionless:


Before quarantine, I'd spend a minimum of 30-45 minutes on the stairmaster, plus weights. Now I enjoy walk/run intervals outside, and hiit workouts in my living room using dumbbells and resistance bands. :grin:
