What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Random stressful life situations challenge my helath goals such as illness, work issues, and family problems. These situations disrupt my healthy habits and cause me to lose sleep and mindfulness. Then I forget about my motivations for getting fit and I completely stop my healthy efforts.
