Non-scale victory of the week!
Intermittent fasting is the trick for me. Now walking AND using eliptical at the gym. Often over 10K steps per day.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I still have to start weight lifting/kettelbells into my routine. Gotta get stronger.
