Non-scale victory of the week!

Intermittent fasting is the trick for me. Now walking AND using eliptical at the gym. Often over 10K steps per day.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I still have to start weight lifting/kettelbells into my routine. Gotta get stronger.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Mild meniscus tear has me off my feet for a few days, so StepBet lost. If I can get back to walking by Sunday and weight stays steady, I'll be happy.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Strained MCL has really limited my mobility. I was walking between 7 - 12 K steps per day. Now I'm barely hobbling around

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Rest the knee. Temp. setback for long term goals.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I'm eating the correct number of calories... for someone exercising 5-7 days per week. Calorie deficit won't work until I move more.

Exercise. Still too sedentary.
