  • HAPPY MONDAY!!!!!! Starting off week 3 and I want to know what your going to do this week to push yourself!!!

    Whether that means an extra 10 minutes on your workout/walk, hitting a water goal each day, sticking to your meal plan, etc. What are you going to do this week to show yourself how capable you really are? STOP making excuses , STOP looking back and look FOWARD. If you’ve been struggling the first half of this DietBet, that doesn’t mean your down and out. How much progress can you make physically and mentally in the next few weeks? Not ONLY striving for that 4% goal, but striving for a better you. A you that is READY to make 2021 the year you don’t give up on yourself.

    My goal this week is to get 20 minutes on the stairmaster each day I workout ! I’ll be posting proof here to keep myself accountable. I want you to write your goal in the comments. I will pick one person to win a pair of Apple Air Pod pros!

Does anyone have good YouTube workout tutorials suggestions.
It’s crazy windy here so I’m planning to mostly stay inside this week unless the weather changes.

My goal is to be better about exercising ... at least 10,000 steps per day. If I don't achieve those steps, throw in my walking DVD to get there!

  • I know the weekends can be tough for some, but remember to keep your goal and your why in mind! What will make you feel GOOD this weekend? What won’t. Don’t let the weekend be an excuse to eat whatever you want, as much as you want, and not move your body

    My challenge to you today is to eat meals that make you feel good, and get some form of exercise in, even if that’s a small short walk! And WATER!

    I’m going to make today a water challenge. Pick a goal and shoot for that goal! Recommended amount is 1/2 your bodyweight in ounces (so for example if you’re 200 lbs, your goal would be 100 oz)

  • I can’t say enough how excited I am for all of you here. We all know 2020 has been an extremely hard year. I know a lot of you are coming here at ALL different stages of your journey. And just know, you are NOT alone. And you are in the right place! Are you ready to change your life? It is your year.

    I will quickly introduce myself for anyone joining who might not know me! My name is Felicia and I am a 25 year old stay at home mama of 2! About 3 years ago I started my weight loss journey at 302 pounds. I have since lost 140 pounds and have been able to keep it off for over 2 years. I truly feel like I have found that sweet spot of balance in my life. And now I want to help others get there. Because I know that merry go round diet life. You don’t have to be stuck on that forever.

    While the goal of the game is to lose 4% in 4 weeks… you all know (if you’ve joined my games before) that I prefer to focus on more than that. I want to help you build sustainable habits that can keep you going on this journey far beyond just 4 weeks. I want to focus and celebrate non scale victories.
