I ran 5 miles , which is the farthest I’ve ever run.

I bought this garlic bread at Aldi and ate a ton and then regretted it.

I really didn’t want to keep exercising so many times this week, but I always pushed through and felt better for it.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have limited my s’mores intake a little better. Impossible to say no to, but I could have stuck to just one!

I stuck with my exercise routine.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I ate dessert pretty much every day because of social pressure. I’m staying with my parents and it has been very hard to avoid social eating.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I did two Beach Body Guide workouts all the way through. Usually I can only go for two rounds.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I’m just really hurting on motivation since I can’t go to the gym. Classes with an instructor are the most motivating for me and it’s such a mood booster. I live in a small urban apartment and it’s not exciting at all to go up and work out in my attic, but that’s where we are at.

I am going to try to find a new diet bet. Maybe a maintainer so there isn’t too much pressure until after the COVID pandemic peters out.

I am overall pretty happy with this past week, but I could have smacked more on fruit.
