So much variety in what everyone is doing! That’s part of the reason I liked the idea of this DietBet! I didn’t want to follow any particular diet. I completed about 6 Whole30s in 2019 and found that I could not control myself for the reintroduction. Deprivation was awful for me!!! I lost and gained the same weight each time, but I did learn lots of great new recipes. So now I just go for healthy eating most of the time, treats when I really want them, but aiming to make better choices as often as possible. I have a big hill near the house so 4-5 times a week I walk it, about 6 miles, and I joined a StepBet. And a core challenge on WayBetter! Haha I’m using them all. Good luck to us!!!! We can do it!

I use MFP to track my calorie intake but stay within my set macro % by eating clean nutritious food (proteins, veggies, & fruits)

I'm not following any one "diet" I'm meal planning counting both macros and calories scheduling two meals and two snacks plus one treat a day. To that I'm Adding Hiit and dance. I know it sounds like a lot but it's not as bad as it sounds.

The weight you submitted now is your starting weight. You need to hit your month goal by the weigh in at the end of the month...beginning on next month.
You are a member so you are eligible to weigh in every week to be included in possibly winning prizes. Those weigh ins do not matter as far as your goal is concerned

Mine is staying away from the kitchen cupboard - a mix of secret eating and binging.
I’m extremely lucky though that from this week my work hours have gone up and I can only eat whatever I’ve bought from home during my 30 min lunch break which means I think about what I’m choosing and less hours at home!
