I started off at 220 and have been in the 140s (ish) the past few years. 131 today my knees already feel GREAT! I would love to continue being healthy and strong as I'm getting older and be able to travel and be there for my family!

WOW! You are doing GREAT! Just added you as a friend in DB. Your story has inspired me further. Losing 100 lbs is NOT easy, I've done it before, and gained it all back.
