Wendy's has amazing low point salads, chili and grilled chicken sandwiches. At Wendy's you can sub apples, chili or strawberries for fries if you get a combo.

If you have Culver's by you, my go-to with them is a grilled chicken sandwich and mashed potatoes and gravy instead of fries.

Pretty much any place that has a grilled chicken sandwich will work. Just ask them to hold the mayo.

My favorites in my area are Chick fil a, Panera, Core Life Eatery, a Chicken Taco from Taco Bell, Chipotle... but if I go out out then Applebee’s has a pretty amazing bourbon street chicken and shrimp meal.

I don’t know what your points are though but those are some of my picks!

So because I am quarantined I can NOT leave my property. From my side gate to the end of my driveway it is .02 miles. I did 1.5 miles total over 3 walking sessions. Do the math... I'm going to get dizzy doing all these circles!!!

Oh no. I had 11 days of perfect eating.. not restricting myself but eating normally and listening to what my body wanted.. but then the last 4 days have been creepying in slightly bigger portions ..unhealthier snacks here and there. Untill lastnight ,after a reasonably healthy food choice day, i ate a whole tub of icecream , two small cakes, a pizza, a pasty and a big bag of crisps, all inabout 2 minutes. Paid for it with heartburn which kept me awake 4 hours last night so it was NOT worth it. I was eating this much atleast once a day, mostly more, befor dietbet and am worried how easy it is to slip back into it. I HAVE TO STOP TODAY.

Remember our bodies can fluctuate for so many reasons. Double check that youre in a caloric deficit. If you are....just keep going! You WILL see progress. You're body could be holding onto water from all the activity
