Non-scale victory of the week!

1 inch off my waist! I have been using more of my prayer and mindfulness apps, more consistently. very proud of my alcohol consumption, virtually none!

I skipped so many beers this week! really motivating to be in this with you all!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I took an extra rest day on Wednesday. I think that was the right call, although it felt so hard for like 48 hours. also, should have paid attention to SERVING SIZES ON DRINKS on Friday night.
