I am so discouraged. Despite increasing water, eating healthier, and increasing my exercise and activity, I am not losing weight. I’m completely discouraged. If anyone else is where I am, know that you are not alone.

Yes. I’ve simply been stressed and super busy and didn’t prioritize myself and this program this past round so I gained. :disappointed:

With the Super Bowl today, I had to try out a Healthy Buffalo Chicken dip recipe I found using non fat Greek yogurt, ranch seasoning, chicken, and hot sauce! Now I don’t have to feel as guilty have a few football snacks! Anyone else have some great recipe swaps for things that are more indulgent?

Finally feeling some good momentum. Consistency is key and so are healthy snacks! Found a few low calorie “indulgent foods” to add in as a snack so I’m not getting bored with my foods. Keep going everyone!

@Ashley hooray for momentum! @cheryl k Pickles! I've been snacking on bread and butter pickle slices. They're a little sweet and not as astringent as dills. I've never been a fan of dill pickles (always gave away the pickle.spears that came with sandwiches) but the bread and butter are really tasty. Received a jar as a gift and decided to try one. Yum!

Pickles are a fantastic treat but I LOVE the dills! I would take all the sandwich pickle spears!

My plan is to lose a bunch of weight. I started working hard at this when school started this year. Now I have my sight on a cruise next Christmas and I want to feel like a kid again with more energy to go go go.
