Non-scale victory of the week!
i knew this weekend was going to be tempting with a soccer tournament for my daughter on the other side of town I wanted to prepare myself with healthier food options so packed my own snacks and had a salad for lunch!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I definitely need to make an effort and workout on weekends too, which can be difficult with sports but I know it’s no excuse
