Non-scale victory of the week!

Decided to get back on track. Also going to visit the nutritionist.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Controlled amount of eating. Less stress eating. Less caffeine.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Goals this week are to reduce caffeine. Watch amount of food intake and eat more mindfully. Do at least 1 weight training and 1 Zumba session.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Completed a 7.5 mile hike, which was a first! More hikes are in my future.

Could have battled hunger better after workouts.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Avoided a Halloween candy binge by pre-planning! Bought healthy treats for myself and the boyfriend (including dark chocolate almond butter packets, 75% dark chocolate truffles, protein shakes, and a proper dinner!) We were able to give out candy to kids and didn't have any ourselves. That would not have been true in years past!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Get slightly more sleep, but this week was pretty great overall.

Continue hitting it hard at the gym! Remember to wear fitness tracker. Eat dinner earlier in the evening. Continue waking up early like I have been since DST kicked in.
