Weigh in approved already, the regulators are on it this morning. Bang on final weight, feeling (and seeing in the mirror!!!) the massive difference from where I was after Christmas. A big THANK YOU goes out to whoever came up with this concept, to all those who encourage and to Michelle for making pizza, burgers, pork egg bagels and all the other tasty things I love fit into this eating plan. Ugh. My weight is going the wrong direction. Time to buckle down again with everything, especially my food. For those that track your food in an app, how do you keep up with it? I do okay through lunch and then bail. Or maybe make it 1-2 days. I just can’t seem to be consistent tracking it.

I agree with Michelle. Planning and logging in advance not only helps make the right decisions, but also let’s you see what right looks like...for example, I’ve had items before logging it thinking it fits in my calorie/macro goals, and find later I was way off after eating it when I can’t adjust further for that day.
