Hope everyone is having a good day so far! This is my first Dietbet. I’ve always been quite slim but having moved house twice this year and finishing my accountancy qualification I have been so busy that I’ve barely exercised and I’ve put on just short of a stone since February so I’m hoping this motivates me and gets me in the mood to be a bit healthier again. I’ve rejoined my old running group and I’m trying to stop my typical snacks of biscuits/crisps and lots of bread. Good luck everyone - even if we don’t succeed it’s still a good kickstart in time for Christmas ❤🏃
