made loads of progress in things that have been sat idle for a while!

not opened the 1.5kg bag of Lindor balls!!!! but. most likely the birthday meal and champagne played the biggest role, along with eating breakfast before the weigh in (stupid idea!)

planned meals for the week helped a lot, it stops the last minute shop which will usually result bad food. walking and running have also increased this week, it's good, it's good, oh and NO PIZZA!!!!!!!!!

lots, latte with syrup is not the best calorie drink around, portions are still large, could have run more
