Non-scale victory of the week!

went to work out Mon and Tues. swam 10 laps each day. exercise clas and initial weight training.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I walked 2x. Cooked healthy food for my family. Made it to work teaching every day.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Bought a pair of walking shoes and walked more. Find a healthy place to walk, not on concrete. I got shin splints the first day out :/

Buy walking shoes, find a healthier route to walk off of the concrete. Despite caring for my Mom ( on hospice) I need to get more consistent sleep.

Non-scale victory of the week!

This week has been calm. My non- scale vuctory...getting back to Diet Bet. Getting accustomed to a caregivers lifestyle since my 91 yr old Mom moved in Oct 31. My show has been filmed and now its on the second semester with my students. Time to "make time" for selfcare. I'm determined to get healthier this year!!

Could've exercised. Could've eaten and drank healthier foods.

Just got done with my Nutcracker. Artistic Director, Choreographer, costume design. The show was successful.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Eating on the run was a disaster for the food choices. now that the show is over I can get back on track.

Eating clean is getting easier. Ability to resist temptation is getting stronger. And I reupped my gym and went to exercise!

Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Sticking with it when I'm tired, in a hurry, busy with no time to cook for myself. Finding time and energy to exercise, because I teach ballet 6-7 days a week I already expend a lot of energy.
