Had a slip up yesterday but back on track today. I know slip ups can happen and while I want to prevent them as much as possible, I’m not going to give up. Each day is a new day. Each meal is a new meal. 1 slip up won’t bring me down from accomplishing my goal at the end. Just wanted to remind everyone to not give up when those slip ups do happen! Be kind to yourself and just get back on track as soon as you can.

I try to add a nice snack or treat right after dinner so it doesn’t weigh me down late at night but I can still enjoy a treat. I bought some skinny cow nice cream Sammie’s that have helped me - or some fruit when my calorie budget doesn’t have room for an indulgent sweet.
