Non-scale victory of the week!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I need to get back to this I am losing my mind. I like to eag healthy but with all the bad foods that I shouldn't eat constantly available it discourages me from doing what I should. I think oh stop and grab or oh a cereal bar whatever it is I will say no at first and eventually make my way around to it.

I will start today 02/12/2020 and by 02/19/2020 morning I will be down to 190 lbs by eating healthy not over indulging drinking plenty of water eating healthier and not falling to temptation

I went to the Gym for the first time EVER I walked on my treadmill and even started running in one minute intervals

I could have eaten fewer calories around my birthday and quite frankly I could have worked out more.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I stuck to my diet but instead I chose when I wanted to eat. I dont do well eating 3 meals, and 3 snacks a day so I ate when I was hungry and I didnt binge eat when I got home from work. I did watch my fiance eat a butterfinger and it did bother me my mouth watered but I resisted the urge to smack him in the head lol super proud of myself

My goals this week are eat only one piece of cake on my birthday!!! And do not over-indulge also go to the gym 4 days and do my very best to get under 200 pounds.
