What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I need to get back to this I am losing my mind. I like to eag healthy but with all the bad foods that I shouldn't eat constantly available it discourages me from doing what I should. I think oh stop and grab or oh a cereal bar whatever it is I will say no at first and eventually make my way around to it.

I will start today 02/12/2020 and by 02/19/2020 morning I will be down to 190 lbs by eating healthy not over indulging drinking plenty of water eating healthier and not falling to temptation
