I start exercising on the peloton. It was soo hard after a long vacation but I feel step by step I am getting energy.

To increase the load on the body, to keep a Keto diet, one day a week fasting day, the interval between dinner and breakfast will be no less than 15 hours, and of course, to go to bed not later than 10 PM.
