doing lots of home workouts

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

food hasn’t been ideal - obviosly there are challenges and distractions right now so I’m not beating myself up too much but I know can do better !

Non-scale victory of the week!

avoided most of the chocolate from work and giving it away as gifts and i went rock climbing

I caved a bit food wise - it’s been hard ! I need to drinking water too
