Resist sweets: eat less chocolate, skip the jam. Walk/run at the same time every morning and prep for it at night (dl podcast, lay out clothes)

Uesterday I fit into a non-stretch pair of Levi’s shorts that I couldn’t come close to buttoning 2 months ago. They even fit a little loose! Glad I kept them!

Make sure you take all your vitamins before you get a headache while intermittent fasting. more early morning exercises + jogs while it’s not miserably hot.
