feeling good. did a 37 hr fast. it was too hot to run but burned some calories by cleaning.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Uesterday I fit into a non-stretch pair of Levi’s shorts that I couldn’t come close to buttoning 2 months ago. They even fit a little loose! Glad I kept them!

less carbonated water, more still water. Stick to IF!

Make sure you take all your vitamins before you get a headache while intermittent fasting. more early morning exercises + jogs while it’s not miserably hot.

started a Keto diet 4 days ago. going well so far. Also, I met my biological sister for the first time!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Limit one ‘treat’ a day. Need to start jogging with Riley pup dog doing early morning circuits a couple times.

no NSV to report. During these last few months of quarantine I gained all the weight back I lost from the previous game (plus some). Not proud.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Find a way around obstacles! Even though my yoga studio closed I could have continued practicing at home. Also stopped running with Riley

Work on Routines!! A good morning routine is the best way to make sure I get in a daily workout! Evening routine will help benefit sleep pattern. Cut way down simple carbs, sugar, alcohol and dairy. Focus on clean fresh meals & smaller portions. Limit tv time!

staying active by walking/jogging my dog to 2 miles multiple times a week, getting my husband who is home from work to join every once in awhile. staying positive in a crisis

get out of bed early, meditate before bed to get to sleep faster/ sleep better.

ran while listening to music for the first time in a long time and it felt so good. I want to keep it going!!

I could have skipped the coffee to get a better nights rest!
