What are your goals for the upcoming week?
My goal this week is to go to the gym Monday-Friday (even if all I do is walk). I usually stretch, warm up, weight lift, and then do some cardio. I gave up pop and energy drinks. Now I hope to drink a green shake for breakfast and limit my total carbs. I notice all I do is sleep in. So I hope to make a routine where I don't oversleep.
