I had a surgery two weeks ago and I’m happy that I still managed to maintain the weight I lost 🙏
However on an other side and not really related I’m finding it a little bit disappointing to not be able to win any of the weekly competitions even though I lost good amount of weight especially in the first two weeks! I just would like to know little bit more about the way it goes. Is it about who lost more weight or just like a lottery?

What do you mean by the weekly competitions?
If youre asking about DietBet's weekly drawings, you get entered into the drawing by doing a verified weigh in before Wednesday each week. That is open to those who have a membership.

It's a lottery. And it's for everyone on DietBet who is a Dietbet member (paid the extra $50), not just people in our group. You figure there's almost 9,000 people in our DietBet alone. If 50% are members (no idea if this percentage is accurate), that would be 4,500 people competing in the lottery, just from our DietBet game alone. Plus, there's all the members that are in other transformers (ones that started on Feb 1st, or March 1st, etc) and ones that are in other monthly Kickstarter bets. So it seems like a lot of prizes, but it's spread out among a lot of people.

Hi everyone! I’m trying changing my food habits by following clean keto diet! I’m new to keto diet and would like to have more information and advices from people who’ve been doing keto for some time and noticed a difference

I think the biggest challenge with keto is if you ever decide to not do keto anymore you need to slowly up your carb intake or the weight will just come back on. I’m also doing clean keto right now and it does help to get faster weight loss. Being mindful of macros around 20-25% carbs from vegetables and a little fruit, 45-50% fat and 25-30% protein. I use MyFitnessPal to track my macros.


I love to use Diet Doctor for my resources. So much info on the health benefits of Keto and so much motivational information and tons of recipes.
