Non-scale victory of the week!
I finally was able to workout hard enough on the treadmill to max over 3 miles and burn 500+ calories.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I think I could have left a few more out of my recipes. I added bits of chopped bacon to my egg cups but in the end that didn’t change the flavor. Next week no chopped bacon.
