Today I ran on the treadmill for the first time in ages. Ok to be perfectly honest, I walked most of it!! it took me 16:11 to go a mile!! i can’t wait to see how I improve over the next 4 weeks :)

I went to the gym today!! First time in 10 months. I see a lot of cardio in my future . I want to get to my goal weight and then start lifting again to build muscle
