wore a dress with confidence this weekend.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

ate less chips and more protein. I was a little on the low side for protein this week with not feeling well and on a steroid drops for my eye condition due to my autoimmune disease .

to get in more protein. to not be tempted by the cupcakes and bars at my daughters baby shower on Saturday. I am 2 lbs yet from meeting the DietBet goal this round.

it was my birthday on the 10th and I didn’t have any cake, cupcakes or desserts. and I am good with that. was not tempted by it because it was not in my house. don’t buy it won’t look for it .

my goals are to keep going on this positive path towards my health and weight loss journey. I am 5 lbs from what i would like to be my maintenance weight. I would like to work on getting not only more but better quality sleep.
