it was my birthday on the 10th and I didn’t have any cake, cupcakes or desserts. and I am good with that. was not tempted by it because it was not in my house. don’t buy it won’t look for it .
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I could eat more veggies and work on eating more protein.

my goals are to keep going on this positive path towards my health and weight loss journey. I am 5 lbs from what i would like to be my maintenance weight. I would like to work on getting not only more but better quality sleep.
