Non-scale victory of the week!

my clothes are starting to get loose. my workout pants are falling down when I run. it's exciting.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have meal prepped better. even though I had salad this week I think it's better to stick to the same foods.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I went out and resisted food all week at work. There were muffins and cheesecake, which is my absolute favorite! I said no to all of it. I'm proud of myself for that.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

maybe drinking enough water. Although I hit a gallon a day, I feel like I was rushing at night to get all of my water intake in.
