I have ate any eztra add salt or sugar since Saturday usually I put a lot a lot of salt on everything I eat like on my eggs 5 turns then my lunch five turns then dinner as much as I want. I jut didn’t realize till my family pointed it out to me at dinner with them the other night and now I’m kinda grossed out at how much salt I usually eat

this past week all I ate was chicken and carrots with a healthy Cesar salad dressing I made I love sauces so his helped I also serve everyday expect Monday after work so I walk for 2-5 hours at fast pace non stop because it’s so busy. this is really great because I burn off what I eat in a day and I’m pretty much getting paid to loose weight! my goal for the upcoming week is to get down to 193 and continue to not eat salt
