Well... I lost 3 pounds the first week and absolutely nothing this week?!? I am exercising and tracking my food. I am allotted a little over 1200 calories, and I am not going over. Any suggestions?? I need to lose about 6 more pounds total and 2 more for the diet bet. Thank you

I am really struggling with staying on track, both with working out and nutrition. My autoimmune disease is flaring up and has kicked my depression and anxiety into overdrive. I know that nutrition and exercise are the best remedies, but I honestly just cannot get there. I have been awake since 4:30 and am still just sitting on my couch... Any advice?? or Anyone want to join up for motivation?

Have you ever read Miracle Morning? It’s a great motivator. I also love a great playlist or Fit Radio. That music puts my butt in gear:

I also have an autoimmune disease and was exactly where you are last October when I said enough is enough, I can overcome this. The hardest part is staying on track before you see the results. I would say it took 3 months for me actually start to feel different and more positive. If you need help, I’d surely help support and motivate you. I’ve lost 90lbs since last October. It’s not easy. The mental part is 100% of it!

Drink more water. Dandelion tea helps. Or cleavers if you can find that. I also recommend vitamin c flushing: take vitamin C every hour. You can look it up.

Hi everyone! I'm new to this so please bear with me but the link to Breanne's web page isn't working. When I click on it, I only get a picture. Anyone else having this issue?

Anyone had problems photographing the number on the scale and solved it?

I have had difficulties. I have a digital scale. In fact, I have two, and regrettably I weigh 2 lbs less on one than the other, but the nicer scale doesn't work at all for DietBet photos. The meaner scale is the one I use for the game but some days it's very hard to get a good photo of the numbers on the scale. I've even had one rejected because the numbers weren't clear enough. This morning's weigh in took me 20 minutes and I had to shoot 20 photos of the scale before I got one where the numbers felt clear enough.

I can't tell if I need more light in the room, less light, or another scale. I've taken photos in every kind of light condition, early morning darkness to late afternoon light, and it just seems like getting a good photo is the hands of the photo Gods.

This is a 6 month game. Wondering if I have to invest in one of those giant number analog scales?

Tips, anyone?

Toenails look great! :)

My scale is hard to picture. I’ve found I have to get close to the numbers and angle my phone so that it’s more vertical than horizontal.
