  • This has been such a yummy lunch for me lately that doesn’t need hardly any prep work! What’s seen here is about 410 calories 41 grams of carbs, 14 grams of fat and 38 grams of protein. How I make it:
    -One low carb wrap/lavash (mine were 70 calories each from Whole Foods)
    -Spread one laughing cow cheese on the lavash
    -Throw down a handful of arugula and/or spinach
    -Add grilled chicken strips (I did 3.5oz of Tyson brand pre-grilled chicken strips that are sold frozen, I heat them in my air fryer
    -Top with an ounce of goat cheese and 1/8 cup of craisins ands enjoy!!
    What have you guys been munching on for lunches lately???

I love using DVD workouts at home. Currently 30 Day Shred. Pretty short workout with cardio and weights. It totally does the trick and I am sweating like crazy! We also have a treadmill or I will go on a walk.

I'm in the middle of my core workout. Trying to start toning all those midsection muscles people are always talking about. And I've come to a conclusion. I don't have those. The video says to do the Russian twist 50 times. I'm bailing out at 20. What's the level below beginner?

Lindsey Brin has great core exercises that built from stupid simple to a lot harder. She’s geared towards postpartum Moms but it’s truly great for everybody. She may have a few videos on YouTube that aren’t her subscription

My kid is currently practicing holding his breath underwater. Each bath time he makes it his goal to add one second to his record. He gives himself 3 tries and usually does it!

Just build on your record. Every time you do them, add one and done. Eventually you’ll get to 50 (and beyond!)

New plan: instead of going all out and injuring myself with 30 min workouts, I do 2 workouts in a row - but substituting most moves with easy ones. This should work! Feeling great after today's 70 min workout!
Starting to miss my 30 min power walks. Who knew? Next week, the break is over.
Veggie curry was the dish of the day. Yummy and not too bad. What did you eat?

Good plan! I had homemade chicken noodle soup but substituted the noodles with heart of palm noodles!
