Just submitted an unofficial weight today and feel great! I am slowly cutting out processed sugar, replacing it with fruits. I still have a little chocolate, but my sugar intake has decreased quotient a bit and I feel much better.
I may not win this entire challenge but plan to keep weighing each week to keep myself motivated.
