Looking better in my clothes! I’m able to step into size 10’s! What a joy! Size 8, watch out, I’m coming for you!

I think I’ve done quite well overall. Weight has remained steady, so I’m waiting for that beautiful loss that’s coming soon!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I am definitely a size 12, heading towards a size 10! I am so happy that the hard work and early morning work outs have paid off the way that they have. I have been eating strictly in my calorie range and have been under the guidance of a personal trainer who is now helping me to shape my body. Excited!!!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I’ve done really well, all I can think of is to maybe drink more water.
