Non-scale victory of the week!

my job had a lot of vendors bring food. Wasn’t easy but I don’t thunk I went overboard. I didn’t feel well so I didn’t work out the whole week.

work vendors with holiday treats and me my monthly will be visiting in a few days my hormones and digestive issues come into play so not worried next week weigh in should be good
