I have kept at or slightly below my allotted calories for the past 3 days. I have been able to drink enough water (approx 64-80oz/day). and I never stuffed myself, working on smaller portions and succeeding.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I want to do some at-home workout videos but haven't made time for them yet. planning on doing one tonight or tomorrow.
