felt really down this past week. I tried to keep under my calories and make health choices but with family and holidays it has been hard. I need to really focus what I truly want.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I have kept at or slightly below my allotted calories for the past 3 days. I have been able to drink enough water (approx 64-80oz/day). and I never stuffed myself, working on smaller portions and succeeding.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I want to do some at-home workout videos but haven't made time for them yet. planning on doing one tonight or tomorrow.
