Non-scale victory of the week!

Getting started, being committed even though I don't want to be, but here I am, doing it, again.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Water is usually my biggest challenge, I did drink more than usual, but not enough.

How many days did you exercise last week?

How would you rate your diet last week?

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Honestly, "Just keep goin, just keep going" I would love to have lost a few kg at least, this is technically my third day, and I am not seeing results yet, although I am feeling the stiffness.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Resisting a second helping of pulled pork! Let's admit it!! It is hard to stop oneself from over indulging in pulled pork. But I kept my portion small, even though every one around me was digging in! I am proud of myself, I really wanted more. My will power is becoming stronger! My other HUGE victory is making my goal (my final weigh in goal for the game) and it was hard because my body is retaining weight due to lady stuff. Women! It sucks having a weigh in when this happens! But in spite of, I succeeded! I prayed for the weightloss and that I would make my goal, and I can honestly say that I would not have made it if it weren't for Him.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Water! Water is always a thing with me, but I am going to continue to try and be better when it comes to drinking water!

Have a cheat day! and then get back on the horse! starting boot camp this week again!

Non-scale victory of the week!

Besides from getting a new client, I can't really see a Non-scale victory I had this week! In fact I was surprised to see exactly how much I had lost! Considering... The CUP CAKES!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

haha Resisting cup cakes better for starters !!! I was WEAK! Also need to really start drinking more water! I'm still not drinking enough.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

To not stare at Cup Cakes until I eat one. To drink lots of water, and exercise! I have a hike coming up on Saturday, so at least I will be starting strong! I don't have time to waste, it's time to give it my best!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I started to take my vitamins and minerals more consistently this week, I skipped today and I could feel the difference! I am glad that I am taking steps outside of just changing my diet! Also went hiking twice this week.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I am embarrased to admit this, but I was a coward this week, I was going to start attending bootcamp again, but was depressed because of the weight gain since my last session in APRIL 2019! This coming week, I need to put my shame and fear aside, love myself and show up! time to get my booty in shape!
