What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?
Staying consistant. I’m an RN and work nights. I do fine staying within a reasonable calorie tangle when I’m on days, but once I go to nights for my 3-4 days I just feel hungry all the time. I also suffer from lack of sleep with a one year old to take care of when I get off work in the AM. That and I’m shy/introverted so its hard to find support. thought joining Dietbet and IG would help.

Consistancy even when I work nights. At least 5-6 hours of sleep a day/night. Walk three times this week.
