Non-scale victory of the week!

I went to New York and didn't over eat!!! I can't believe it but I reached my goal weight after a trip where I definitely expected to fail!

I could have planned my meals and my calorie intake better

Non-scale victory of the week!

I have been keeping the to 8hrs pretty well! Snacks during the time frame keep me from feelings uncomfortably hungry.

More exercise! I need to do more to burn the extra calories than I am now.
