Non-scale victory of the week!

I had to take measurements and I've lost a lot of inches since April 20.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I drank a few times and I feel like that stalls my weight loss.

No alcohol. Also, I'm starting a workout program with a personal trainer, so I'm putting everything into that.

Last night... hadn't worked out (or really moved very much at all) but at 7:30 I felt guilty and did a bodyweight circuit and an hour of power walking and jogging on the treadmill!

There were a couple days I was over my calorie range.
