Some temptation with eating this week but overall ok. Doing great with workouts.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I am in the weight range I was when I got married. Many of my clothes are way too big!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I'm plateauing in the same few pounds, down a few,bup a few, back down a few... and it is frustrating. That is messing with my motivation and I am having more temptations lately and giving in only sometimes, which is better than all the time!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I have been under a huge amount of stress as a nurse but instead of letting that stress sabotage me I have been able to use it to further motivate me to take excellent care of myself and walk and exercise.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Drink more water! I'm really not good at drinking water.

Wow! Exercise. I really have worked hard to add exercise and it feels great but I'm also tired

I have done pretty well. I have eaten well and logged my food. I need to get back on track with my noom lessons

Wearing a pair of size 18 jeans! When I started I had one pair of size 24!
