batch made soup and chilli for the week! and followed my workout plan

ate less than 2000 calories a day! but it was gd home cooked meals so progress, better portion control

I’ve not over eaten, I’ve been unwell but managed to drink for the water challenge, which has probably been gd for me!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I’ve been sick unfortunately so haven’t exercised or ate or drank aswell as I’d hoped I feel bloated and terrible.. andnperiod has now started, hopefully now I’m starting to recover I can get into this better!
