My husband and I worked out 5 times while on vacation. Did not help me from gaining weight however. I know my relationship with food is not the best and so am not quite sure how to overcome this. I am a professional snacker

went on vacation last week and I indulged in everything I wanted. I was pretty lazy also. we a going on vacation on January 31st for a week to the Dominican and I want to be down this weight plus some more. it is amazing how much weight I can put on in one week. Menopause is not kind.

fasting, love the way things are alsways clearers when I fast. I sleep better and articulate my words more clearly.

so far so good, when I get off my fast I want to eat better and co to ur this pattern. I tend to go back to bad habits. I love food❤️
