I am down 6 pounds and have 0.1 to reach my goal ! I will eat healthy, balanced diet as I have been, drink a lot of water today and do my 30 minute workout, stretch and some walking. I think I’ll make it

I've still got a couple of pounds to go. I'm eating eggs. That's about it. LOL. My body likes them and tends to drop pounds if I just eat them. Weird. I know. Good luck!

Hello everyone, I am starting 4 weeks of the prep today! I have really been wanting to lose some weight for quite some time now and this year has been especially difficult with all the world disasters going on. I am looking to stay motivated during these 4 weeks and finish strong with healthier habits. This for me includes: exercising not as a chore but to enjoy it and be healthier, eating a balanced healthy diet without crazy restrictions but also without overeating in “cheat days” ( I just want to be balanced), and finally also just drinking less beer/alcohol as thus is a big part of the reason as to why I can’t lose weight.

Yes you may. You can weigh in after Monday too. Not sure if Megan is doing any give aways, sometimes your weigh has to be in on a certain day to be entered. Otherwise you're probably fine.

It looks like you should be able to weigh in almost anytime, just don’t wait too long or it’ll be harder to lose the 4%.
