went to the gym yesterday twice! and I didn't give in to my pizza cravings nor breakfast grains.

Non-scale victory of the week!

only exercised 2 days this week. my car had to go to the shop Wednesday and I spent the night at a friends near the mechanic...it took 2 days versus 1. also, a friends birthday party dinner was last night....had a salad but 10 non breaded non sauce wings instead of 5.
