  • Yesterday I finally hit 300 miles! 1,721 more miles to go!!! My favorite accomplishment this month is the fact I was able to jog a full 5k without walking. I am about 2 pounds off from my round one goal. That’s 24 pounds lost since starting my journey of better healthy choices in mid-November.

Keto dieters, what are you eating? I found some eye-popping keto recipes, but the ingredient list tends to be very long and includes unfamiliar ingredients. I'm looking forward to trying those recipes but I wonder if the motivation needed to make keto a way of life for several months is sustainable.

If it’s your first time eating keto, I would suggest stay away from the fancy recipes and just stick to eggs, meat, and healthy fats. Stay away from the replacement sweeteners and keto treats. And track your macros. Good luck!
